Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the daily operations and management of our facilities, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to optimize space utilization, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including IT, engineering, and security.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale facilities operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
