Employee Relations Business Partner

At Apple, we're looking for a highly skilled Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring that our workplace is inclusive, respectful, and safe for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consulting and direction on employee relations matters to managers, leaders, and employees within the AppleCare organization.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement resolutions to complex and highly sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Advise and influence market leadership teams on critical and complex employee relations decisions.
  • Conduct investigations regarding potential misconduct and policy violations.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement company-wide employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of HR experience related to employee relations.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Deep expertise in conducting investigations and skilled at documentation related to investigations.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with managers and HR colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including effective listening, writing, and presentation.
