We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at ServiceMaster Brands. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR support to our business units and corporate functional areas, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR leadership and guidance to business units and corporate functional areas, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead the planning, development, and implementation of talent management processes, including performance management, calibration, compensation planning, and succession planning.
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes, and drive leadership to provide a great employee onboarding experience.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through effective communication, coaching, and influence at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Experience with talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee onboarding, and management coaching.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, coach, and influence at all levels of the organization, including the executive level.
  • Proven strong change management skills individually and across an organization.
  • Experience with organizational design methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to drive difficult conversations to effective resolution.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
