About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Scheduler. This role will play a critical part in supporting the success of our University 101 Programs, which provide a transformative experience for over 7,000 students each year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning and development of the master schedule for all UNIV courses, ensuring adequate seating capacity for enrollment demand.
  • Manage changes to the academic schedule, communicate updates to relevant parties, and maintain accurate course information in the University 101 Database.
  • Provide logistical support for special events, including catering, space reservations, and material preparation.
  • Offer administrative support to over 250 UNIV instructors, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high-quality experience for students.
  • Manage ongoing departmental instructor credentialing processes and associated reporting to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience in higher education administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant systems, including Banner and Data Warehouse.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
