Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cash Management Advisor to join our team at Enterprise Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and structuring cash management solutions, and closing sales.

This is a hybrid or onsite position, and we are looking for candidates from MA, NH, and ME.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and structure cash management solutions
  • Closing sales and meeting revenue and deposit goals
  • Partner with Branch Management, Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Lending, eBanking & Payment Services, Deposit Services, Cash Management Operations, and other departments to leverage marketing efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business development metrics
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to improve product or service quality and lead coordination efforts to diagnose and resolve related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business discipline
  • Eight or more years of related experience in banking, cash management consultative sales
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred
