Job Title: Senior Cash Management Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cash Management Advisor to join our team at Enterprise Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and structuring cash management solutions, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their cash management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and structure cash management solutions to meet client needs, including deposit and cash management product offerings.
  • Closing sales and achieving revenue and deposit goals.
  • Partner with internal departments to leverage marketing efforts and expand client portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of cash management products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking, cash management consultative sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.
