Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Seattle, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to work in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in the ICU
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of respiratory care principles and practices
