Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator role at Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales leaders, including data entry, correspondence, and contract processing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting space, and banquet space as needed.
  • File and organize contracts and correspondence to maintain accurate records.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Work Environment:
