Key Responsibilities:
As a Cinema Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Ensure outstanding guest services, guaranteeing that every patron has a memorable visit.
  • Assist in the implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring that all team members comply.
  • Manage inventory and oversee the receipt of deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct inspections of all incoming goods and take prompt action to resolve any discrepancies or damages.
  • Maintain the highest standards for film presentation, including adherence to operational procedures, procurement of necessary supplies, and coordination of repairs as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Experience in the cinema industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are a plus.

Availability:
Candidates should have flexible availability to work during peak operational hours.
