IMEG is expanding, and we invite you to become part of our team. We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer.

In this role, you will provide exceptional leadership in technical, project management, marketing, or business development areas for less experienced team members.

This position allows for flexibility in work environment.
Our project portfolio encompasses education, healthcare, commercial, multi-family, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Make significant design decisions with minimal guidance from senior staff
Oversee the comprehensive design plan by discipline for projects of varying scales
Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks to design staff
Ensure technical excellence alongside leadership, analysis, quality control, and problem resolution
Manage projects and cultivate client relationships

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in the technical aspects of your discipline
Proven ability to design and manage large-scale projects
Competence in conducting final quality control checks in your area of expertise

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred
Professional Engineer license
