Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential leadership in technical, project management, marketing, or business development areas, guiding less experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make significant design decisions with minimal oversight from senior personnel.
  • Oversee the comprehensive design plan for projects of varying scales.
  • Mentor junior engineers and delegate tasks to design teams.
  • Manage technical aspects, ensuring quality control and effective problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships while managing projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Expertise in the technical aspects of electrical engineering.
  • Proven ability to design and manage large-scale projects.
  • Competence in conducting final quality assurance checks in your area of expertise.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
