Key Responsibilities

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proficient understanding of electrical principles and engineering methodologies.
- Capability to interpret and analyze schematics is crucial.
- Skilled in utilizing laboratory instruments (multimeter, power supplies, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with connectors, terminals, wiring, and circuit protection systems.
- Knowledge of prevalent serial communication protocols (RS232, RS482, RS422, ARINC-429, etc.).
- Experience in reverse-engineering processes.
- Understanding of both AC (single and three phase, 60-400Hz) and DC electrical systems.
- Must be eligible to secure a security clearance as dictated by contract requirements.

Educational Background and Experience

- Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of eighteen (18) months of direct experience in LSI or two (2) years of relevant engineering experience.
- Familiarity with CAD software is advantageous, with a preference for AutoCAD experience.
- Previous military avionics maintenance experience is preferred.
