Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Licensed Lead Electrical Project Engineer.
  • Create designs for a wide array of projects, including industrial facilities, laboratories, and commercial infrastructures.
  • Collaborate with clients and the architecture/engineering team to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site evaluations and construction assessments, primarily involving local travel.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Licensed/Registered Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
  • Over 10 years of experience in engineering design for building systems, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with NEC and other NFPA codes
  • Experience with Arc Flash studies
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Demonstrated personal integrity and work ethic
  • Commitment to client satisfaction and quality outcomes
  • Must be a United States citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Revit software
  • Experience with SKM or similar software for arc flash calculations
