Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Televerde. As a key member of our client support team, you'll work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized reentry plans, promoting their engagement and participation throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Engagement Manager in creating and executing client reentry plans.
  • Utilize technology to track participant activities and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate case history records.
  • Interview clients to identify their needs and develop targeted support plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and external service providers.
  • Regularly review and modify client plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in case management, adult education, or non-profit program management.
  • Advanced education or training in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
