Position Overview:
As a Program Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a substantial annual budget ranging from $15 to $25 million, providing expert guidance in finance, procurement, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Direct and provide strategic direction on Federal Lands Highway (FLH) Programs to various stakeholders, including state and local governments and federal agencies.
2. Team Management: Oversee multiple teams to ensure effective delivery of the FLH Program and other administrative support functions, including transportation planning and program development.
3. Staff Oversight: Manage a diverse team of approximately 40 to 50 professionals, ensuring effective program planning, administration, and delivery.

Administrative Functions:
Direct the management of essential functions such as transportation planning, finance, information technology, and property management.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong commitment to mission-driven work, promoting diversity, and possessing extensive experience in the administration of Federal Lands Highway programs.

Collaboration:
Establish and maintain positive working relationships within the division and with other offices, fostering a collaborative environment.

Contracting Knowledge:
Demonstrate expertise in various contracting methods, adeptly solving problems and negotiating complex technical and legal issues while building strong partnerships.
