Nurse Manager - Pulmonary Care Job Summary:
Health First is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee our Pulmonary Care department. This individual will lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, prioritizing patient-centered care and excellence in practice.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model for nurses and interdisciplinary teams, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff, fostering growth, development, and retention.
- Cultivate partnerships with physicians, allied health professionals, and community stakeholders to enhance patient care and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Current State of Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in acute care settings, preferably in pulmonary care.
- Strong understanding of adult education principles, change management, and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in nursing informatics, electronic medical records, and data analysis.
Compensation Package: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, including benefits and bonuses.
