Job Title: Digital Experience Director

NYU Langone Health is a world-class, patient-centered, integrated academic medical center, known for its excellence in clinical care, research, and education. Our organization comprises more than 200 locations throughout the New York area, including five inpatient locations, a children's hospital, three emergency rooms, and a level 1 trauma center.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital experience strategy that enhances user engagement and drives meaningful interactions with our digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of web content, enforcing creative standards and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital experience professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies, web design trends, and content management systems to enhance the creative output and efficiency of our web team.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital content development, web design, and management, or creative direction.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong creative vision and art direction with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and lead a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in online publishing and/or online retail/e-commerce.
