We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to provide pediatric care services for clients in Leavenworth, KS & surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated nurse to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and young adults with specialized healthcare needs. As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development, review, and revision of client plans of care.
- Providing nursing care in accordance with physician's plans of treatment and individual plans of care.
- Observing, recording, and reporting any changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel and/or physicians.
- Providing ongoing instruction and supervision to clients, families, or other care team personnel in the plan of treatment.
- Monitoring and recording patient conditions and documenting provided care services via electronic charting.
