We provide comprehensive training for our Technicians who offer essential services to clients daily.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Complete our award-winning paid training program and acquire the skills necessary to manage a pest control service route.
  • Adhere to a scheduled route within the designated area, ensuring prompt and safe arrival at each client location.
  • Operate a company vehicle responsibly while maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that fulfill their pest management needs.
  • Act as a problem solver for clients by utilizing the extensive training provided to determine the most effective pest solutions for their requirements.
  • Complete all necessary service-related documentation and utilize the handheld device provided for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements: A valid driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are required. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc. safely.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
  • Demonstrate a solid work history.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Work independently in the field with strong organizational abilities.

Sign-on Bonus: Half paid upon hire, the remaining half after 90 days of continuous employment.
