2. Assess purchase agreements, title commitments, and associated documentation for accuracy and thoroughness.
3. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve any inquiries or challenges.
4. Collaborate with title examiners, underwriters, and internal teams to address title discrepancies and streamline the closing process.
5. Draft escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents in compliance with legal and company standards.
6. Conduct client signings for escrow and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
7. Review disbursement registers and ensure meticulous accounting of all escrow transactions in line with company policies and industry regulations.
8. Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information throughout the escrow process.
9. Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and procedures, engaging in continuous professional development and training.
10. Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate positive relationships with clients and colleagues to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. In-depth understanding of escrow principles, practices, and procedures.
3. Proficient in escrow software and Microsoft Office applications.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple transactions concurrently.
6. Familiarity with title insurance and real estate closing practices is preferred.
7. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
8. Possession or ability to obtain relevant state escrow licensing or certification.
9. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer within the real estate sector.
10. Notary certification is advantageous.
