Job Summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our Sports and Entertainment venues in Memphis, Tennessee. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and Execute Cleaning Operations: Plan, coordinate, and execute cleaning schedules to ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Manage Labor and Resources: Control labor hours, labor costs, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Communicate and Enforce Standards: Communicate and enforce productivity, safety, and quality standards to ensure a high level of service and quality.
  • Provide Employee Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Respond to Client Requests: Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and concerns.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and reports of cleaning schedules, labor hours, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Janitorial Experience: At least 2 years of experience in janitorial or cleaning services is required.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift at least 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other physical demands of the job is required.
