  1. Supervise janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to hiring, training, and evaluation protocols.

  4. Provide training on effective cleaning techniques and safety guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with management to assess employee performance and program effectiveness.
  6. Act as a liaison with contract officers to ensure all specifications are met.
  7. Maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial or custodial services.
  4. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Must pass security requirements and background checks.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  2. Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments.
