Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Business Development Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment programs that align with our corporate plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the compilation of recruitment budgets and coordinate hiring needs.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements, documentation, process flows, and data modules to contribute to the development of project plans.
  • Develop and implement recruitment objectives and measures for evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting.
  • Develop a strong familiarity of trends in the mortgage banking industry and the company's operating policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a recruiting database and implement effective recruiting and hiring campaigns.
  • Maintain current working knowledge of all jobs/functions and policies within the company to ensure appropriate hiring of employees.
  • Apprise internal departments of upcoming new hires for smooth integration of personnel and to ensure adequate facilities and resources are available.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Four-year college degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and business relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
  • Proven sales skills.
Compensation

Minimum: USD $50,000.00/Yr.

Maximum: USD $[removed]/Yr.
