About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Aide to join our team in Moorestown, NJ. As a key member of our System Integration and Test organization, you will provide administrative, data entry, and technical support to our engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and technical support, as directed by functional management and supervisory project execution.
  • Assist with configuration management of multiple databases and perform database entry.
  • Support meetings and collect various metrics and status for compilation into status charts.
  • Support managing I&T cost accounts using Earned Value Management to status program cost/technical/schedule.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including developing and maintaining databases.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level (U.S. citizenship required).
Desired Skills
  • Control Account Management (CAM) certified.
  • Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience working in a corporate or government finance environment.
  • Experience with staffing analysis.
  • Experience or desire to learn Linux System Administration.
  • Experience or desire to learn Windows System Administration.
  • Experience or desire to learn how to install and evaluate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software products and tools.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The schedule for this position is 9x80 every other Friday off.
