Home Healthcare Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As an LPN, you will work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes, providing top-notch care and support.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Your expertise will enable patients to receive the highest level of care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice. Additionally, you should have current TB or Chest X-Ray clearance, a valid BLS card, and at least one year of prior professional nursing experience.
