Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Wound Care Specialist to join our innovative team at Personic Health. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, certification as a Nurse Practitioner, and experience in wound care management, including assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care while utilizing advanced clinical skills in a mobile setting.
- Conduct various medical procedures, including wound care practices, biopsies, debridement, and suturing.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications for better health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, adhering to established clinical guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing staff and other healthcare providers.
