As a Patient Support Specialist, you will engage with clients and build personal relationships while supporting them with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meals, and maintaining a clean-living environment.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $17 - $22/hr., in addition to compensation for travel. Employees who work at least 24+ hrs. per week qualify for a full range of benefits, including:

About the Role:

As a Patient Support Specialist at Columbine Health Systems, you will:

  • Accurately document and track care plans including restorative care under the direction of various therapists.
  • Allow clients to maintain their dignity by assisting with activities of daily living.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • Interest in geriatrics required; previous experience preferred, but not required.

Skills:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions in English.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of care provision.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
