Director of New Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of New Business Development to lead our business development strategies and drive growth in our global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and other external organizations.
- Develop and manage proposals, reports, and other business development materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business development strategies.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, including experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global organization with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French.
- Experience in budget development and management.
