About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Relief Driver to join our team at Eagle Rock Distributing Co. in Colorado. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
  • Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products.
  • Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
  • Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
  • Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Requirements:
  • Have a valid driver license and meet company MVR standards.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Be able to effectively communicate with and understand retailers and co-workers.
  • Be comfortable working independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
  • Be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Be committed to working safely and maintaining a fun and friendly work environment.
