About the Opportunity

Eagle Rock Distributing Company is seeking a skilled Relief Driver to join our team in Colorado. As a Relief Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
  • Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
  • Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
  • Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
  • Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Requirements:
  • Have a valid driver license and can meet company MVR standards
  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • You have excellent customer service skills
  • You're able to effectively communicate with and understand retailers and co-workers.
  • You exhibit strong attention to detail
  • You can quickly learn product and account characteristics
  • You're comfortable working independently, exercise sound judgment and take initiative.
  • You're able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • You're committed to working safely and maintaining a fun and friendly work environment
  • You're dedicated to living out Eagle Rock's values of Family, Loyalty, Community and Teamwork when you're at work
  • Previous driving and/or delivery experience is preferred but not required
