Relief Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beverage Delivery Driver to join our team at Eagle Rock Distributing Co. in Durango, CO.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting beverages to various customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of products.

You will represent our company with professionalism and provide outstanding service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

This is a full-time position that requires a valid driver's license and the ability to meet company MVR standards.

• Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
• Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products.
• Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
• Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
• Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company MVR standards.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with and understand retailers and co-workers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn product and account characteristics.
• Comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgment, and taking initiative.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
