- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure projects.
- Manage and oversee the work of junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering.
- Professional engineering license.
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on roadway design and multimodal transportation.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage design, and 3D modeling.
- Experience with AutoCAD and design software such as Civil 3D, GEOPAK, or InRoads.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and a health savings account (HSA).
