About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting interdisciplinary teams to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure projects.

With a strong background in civil engineering and roadway design, you will be responsible for developing construction documents, managing projects, and mentoring junior staff. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from roadway reconstructions and streetscapes in urban settings to signature trail projects in suburban and rural areas.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure projects
  • Develop construction documents, including grading, drainage design, and 3D modeling
  • Manage projects, including project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on project delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering
  • Professional engineering license
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on roadway design and multimodal transportation
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage design, and 3D modeling
  • Experience with project management software, including AutoCAD and MicroStation
