Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our team in delivering complex civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering site design, with expertise in stormwater modeling and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and direction of civil engineering projects
  • Oversee the development of civil engineering designs, specifications, and calculations
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on site development and project management
  • Provide consulting expertise to clients on civil engineering matters
  • Work on a wide range of projects, including residential subdivisions, master plan communities, and large industrial developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering required
  • PE license required
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience required
  • 5+ years of experience directly relevant to role required
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required
  • Knowledge of stormwater modeling using WWHM, MGS Flood, and other software required
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
  • Excels in advanced thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
