* Lead efforts in planning, coordinating, and implementing environmental work elements on various construction projects
* Assist in pre-planning construction operations to identify potential environmental risks and implement mitigation measures
* Conduct internal and external compliance audits on erosion and sediment control devices on active construction sites
* Coordinate project staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with applicable permits
* Investigate field issues and provide written and/or oral follow-up resolution
* Review and edit erosion control plans

Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in a science or technical field or equivalent experience
* Minimum two years' experience in an office environment
* One year of experience with direct staff supervision
* Valid driver's license
* Basic knowledge of erosion control and stormwater principles
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Hiring range: $60,000 - $85,000. Base salary is dependent on multiple factors, including education, experience, skills, market rates, internal equity, and location.
