Building Maintenance Specialist

As a Building Engineer at CBRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. You will work to maintain and repair equipment, as well as implement energy management programs to optimize system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Implement energy management programs to optimize system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure building systems are operating within design capabilities and meet environmental conditions prescribed by clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school diploma or associate's degree preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Universal CFC certification preferred; certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
- Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and work at heights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.
CBRE offers a competitive salary range of $30-$40 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
