Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Engineer II to join our team at AdventHealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and verifying the performance of complex biomedical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on complex and intricate biomedical equipment.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database to include the inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, naming conventions, and service history.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Perform periodic inspections of current inventory status.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in a technical/electronics/engineering field or equivalent technical experience.
  • Three years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
  • Valid state driver's license and driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy.
