Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our project teams in delivering complex civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing self-performed projects including earthworks, excavation, and underground utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules in collaboration with field leadership
- Maintain profit and loss responsibility, as well as other project financials
- Provide strong leadership and supervision to project teams and subcontractors
- Demonstrate dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of computer-based programs, including Microsoft Office and project management tools
