Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor, to ensure seamless delivery of rehabilitation services.
  2. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  3. Clinical Excellence: Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered meets evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance, promoting positive patient outcomes.
  4. Clinical Management: Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and patient outcomes.
  5. Staff Development and Support: Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in rehabilitation leadership and management
