About the Role

Morgan Properties is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our properties, providing exceptional resident services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Collections: Assist with leasing activities, including prospecting, showing apartments, and processing lease agreements. Collect and process rent payments, and handle any related correspondence.
  • Resident Services: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with resident retention programs and initiatives.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks. Inspect apartments as needed to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Assist with marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials and coordinating with the leasing team. Participate in leasing activities, including unit inspections and lease signings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information and lease agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
