Reporting Analyst for Genesys Cloud CX

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development.
  • Experience with big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.
