Requirements:
  • Overall 5+ years of experience and proven experience with Genesys contact center technology
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications principles and contact center operations
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Genesys software components
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
