Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Executive Mental Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to a diverse and medically complex population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for residents in skilled nursing facilities, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to Medicare standards and medical necessity.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Develop relationships with facility staff, providing consultation and education as needed, to enhance the quality of care.
  • Case Management: Maintain an active caseload, working with the team to ensure a steady referral stream and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Doctoral degree (Ph.D., PsyD) in Clinical Psychology and current, valid California state license as a Psychologist.
  • Medicare Eligibility: Must be eligible for Medicare Provider status, with assistance provided by our in-house billing team.
  • Telehealth Experience: Possess strong clinical background in evidence-based practices and experience with telehealth, or willingness to learn and utilize this modality.
