Accounting Liaison

Job Summary
The Premium Accounting Advocate plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our regions and markets. This position requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to resolve issues, and a deep understanding of client needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting and possess strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned regions and markets
- Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders via phone, meetings, or office visits
- Resolve issues through coordination with Premium Accounting leaders
- Develop solutions that create client satisfaction
- Provide feedback to Direct and Head of Premium Accounting on associate coaching
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with Service Leaders to review billing, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify process breaks and work with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop workshops or process improvements
- Document and establish processes and procedures for the team
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in accounting/business management preferred
- Prior team facilitation and management experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Service within the Premium Accounting Team preferred
- Customer Service Skills, excellent interpersonal & team building skills
- Complete knowledge of accounting principles and practices with the Premium Accounting Team
- Ability to consistently maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and presents themselves professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning departmental issues and/or staff members
- Recognizes the urgency to assigned tasks and commits to personal overtime when necessary
- Ability to communicate well with staff, field offices, and senior management
- Ability to negotiate and influence others
- Ability to work effectively under stress and deadlines
- Conflict resolution skills, time management, and organizational
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
- Applied Epic management system experience is required
