Quality Assurance Lead

PrideStaff is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality of our products and ensure they meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and strong computer skills, including data entry, Word, and Excel. They will be responsible for developing, training, and mentoring QA technicians, as well as monitoring production and staff to ensure proper GMPs are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete necessary microbiological testing
Develop and implement quality control procedures
Train and mentor QA technicians
Monitor production and staff to ensure proper GMPs are followed
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
Supervisory experience
Strong computer skills, including data entry, Word, and Excel
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand/walk throughout the shift
