This role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the quality system by reviewing and approving policies, SOPs, validations, and other documents to ensure compliance with federal, industry, and other regulations.
Key responsibilities include managing internal audits and safety programs, facilitating process improvement through the CAPA system, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators for management.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field, with 2 years of experience in a blood center or regulated industry.
Additional qualifications include analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing policies and procedures, performing QA reviews, writing SOPs, training new employees, and performing internal audits.
