  • Advanced knife skills and the ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind, able to contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving business results and achieving our goals.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
