**Job Summary**

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the human resources operations at multiple locations, utilizing solid business acumen to partner with management teams on HR, staffing, ER/LR, policies/procedures, compliance, and general management topics.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute a proactive staffing plan, partnering with corporate TA and others to ensure accurate job postings, consistent hiring events, and partnerships with contingent staffing vendors.

• Lead positive employee relations efforts, ensuring a high level of influence, execution, and prioritization of duties.

• Execute staffing and on-boarding processes for hourly and salaried positions, ensuring compliance with corporate/district level policies and federal/state governmental agencies.

• Communicate benefits, policy, and other HR-related changes to employees, ensuring a seamless transition.

• Train and coach management/supervisory staff in interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, counseling, diversity, disciplinary, and regulatory compliance.

• Participate in corporate-level projects, collaborating with the HR Team and other stakeholders.

• Manage and report required HR business metrics, including diversity, area labor market information, and other key performance indicators.

• Maintain accurate information in electronic and paper employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Lead resolution of employee relations' issues, conducting investigations as necessary, and initiating and processing progressive disciplinary actions for all departments.

• Other duties as assigned, requiring strong analytical skills, ability to train and make presentations, and effective interaction with multiple levels of management.

**Requirements**

• Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent.

• Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolution development, is required.

• Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.

• Strong analytical skills, ability to train and make presentations, and effective interaction with multiple levels of management are essential.

• Solid understanding of financial and business objectives, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment are required.

• Ability to work an event-based schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
