Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour on W2

Incentives: $250 bonus after 30 and 90 days

Role Responsibilities:

The Sterilization Specialist will adhere to established protocols while working under close supervision to execute essential unit operations that support production processes.

Key duties include:

  • Conducting routine tasks related to the preparation of equipment and glassware.
  • Preparing and autoclaving instruments for tissue culture production.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for all operational activities.

This position requires minimal specialized skills, making it accessible for entry-level candidates. Detailed instructions will be provided for all tasks.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs over a distance of 50 ft.
  • Collaborative mindset to share responsibilities with team members.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods in a sterile production environment.
  • Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Flexibility in work hours is essential, along with regular attendance.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate upcoming tasks and work efficiently under time constraints.
