Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including prescribed treatments and supervising other caregivers to ensure their comfort and safety.
* Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
* Perform administrative duties such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
* Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
* Perform emergency procedures such as CPR.

Requirements:

* Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee or compact state as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Current CPR certification.
* Frequent lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
* Supervise support staff, including training, scheduling, and assigning work; reviewing performance and assisting in problem-solving for staff issues.
